1. How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book a cleaning by calling us, emailing, or filling out the online booking form on our website. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and provide a final quote before your appointment.

2. What’s included in a Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?

• Standard Cleaning covers routine upkeep like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
   
• Deep Cleaning includes all Standard Cleaning tasks plus scrubbing baseboards, light switches, and hard-to-reach areas.
   
• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is the most thorough, including inside cabinets, appliances, and wall spot cleaning.

3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be home! Many clients provide us with access instructions so they can return to a freshly cleaned space. If you prefer to be home, that’s completely fine too.

4. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know!

5. How long will the cleaning take?

The time depends on your home's size, condition, and the type of cleaning service booked:

• Standard Cleaning: 2-4 hours
   
• Deep Cleaning: 4-6 hours
   
• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: 6+ hours
  We’ll give you an estimated time before starting.
   

6. What if my home takes longer to clean than expected?

If additional time is required due to the home’s condition, we’ll notify you before continuing. Any necessary adjustments to pricing will be discussed transparently.

7. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that things come up! We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. Do you clean pet-friendly homes?

Yes! We love pets and are experienced in cleaning homes with animals. However, excessive pet hair or stains may require extra cleaning time, which will be reflected in the estimate.

9. Do you offer one-time cleanings, or do I need a recurring service?

We offer both! Whether you need a one-time deep clean or a regular maintenance schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we can accommodate your needs.

10. How can I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
